in giving up honor to whom you view as your brother
build one another up, romans 14:19
in a more intentional context, we call it discipling
we see it in the life of jesus teaching his disciples
even peep it in the early church leaders in the bible
galatians 5:13, love through serving, man
that’s more than i can fit in these bars, it deserves a sermon
but it don’t start with your desires or comfortabilities
and no dog, it’s not inspired by your abilities
it starts with the needs that you see in your community
so roll up them sleeves when you see an opportunity
to bear with one another’s burdens is part of the mission
which means we gotta actually care enough to listen
