the boy spoke of playing with monkeys

from that day on
the boy lived on in the village as an orphan
then later became a part of a family
the boy had a great time with the family
until the day he had his world flipped again
he became a dog
and from that day on, the boy was raised brutally and tough
he walked with death and made his deals work his way
not just through man’s armies, but to the devil’s as well
the boy had watched the world many times
and found many wonders
the biggest wonder he found
may sound more funny than crazy
but he found love
the love of his life came upon him
upon his odd appearance and his strange way of talking
and how he handled his life in general
the love the boy had did not last as long as he had hoped it would last
the boy’s deals and bad deeds came for him
as the devil filled his heart
his love was lost
so the boy had lost his love
and since that day
he had changed his life
he had lost a lot and fought for a lot
no one knew so much as he knew
he walked this earth to move forward and charge on
as his last instructions were
the life that the boy had led so far had been adventurous
but to the boy
the journey has been too long, without an ending
the boy’s journey was not for the story
but for the love he had wished he had
because the boy’s journey was just as complete as he was
and without his love, he never really finished the journey
he never found his love again
because he was captive to his own mind and body
the boy needed his love to free him
