i got upset
i said, “are you kidding me?
there’s a possibility that i waited years to be with you and for things not to work out?
i only agreed to wait this long so that things could be official between us by the end of it”
one thing led to another, i told her how we should stay friends, and see where we stand at the end
2 weeks later of just being friends, i told her that i missed her (i miss you)
she told me “aww that’s sweet, but i lost feelings”
she didn’t want a relationship, didn’t know she meant with me
now i’m over here depressed and i beg and pledge

but she was never my baby
