the boy and dude 2 look at each other

bullets rip through his body, a red mist hangs in the air where they left his body
the boy looks at dude 2. his face resembles a scared “wtf” emoji. something’s wrong

two dudes wearing black ski masks and white crewnecks saying “roscoe’s wetsuit” run through the door
crewneck 1: “sorry kid. wrong place, wrong time”
crewneck 2: “they say your last day never feels like your last. is it true?”
the boy: “yes. can i drown?”
the crewnecks look at each other, probably wondering if it’s some kind of trap. if i were the director right now, i’d start playing biggies “last day ft. the lox” right now
the boy: “i just figure, if i have to die, like right now, can i at least die how i want?”
crewneck 2: “f-ck it, i’ll drown him. c’mon kid, start walking”
he points his gun from the boys back to the pool. the boy turns and walks
int. mansion. daytime
the boy walks through the halls of the mansion on his way to his bed. they had a party the night before, a crazy one, and there are signs everywhere. all the boy can think about is the girl he’s seen all day. no one knew her. she was just kind of there. he snaps out of his own thought just in time to see her walk past, wearing nothing but a white t-shirt that says “roscoe’s wetsuit” on it
the boy: “who are you?”
