well i’ve got the most comfortable bed

it should have all stayed in my head
cause what makes you feel less alone
is quite alright with me
but i’m fine here in the dog hair
and the scattered skin debris
the clothes that are thrown everywhere on my unclean cotton sheets
for now i’ll have to just turn out the lights
close my weary eyes and go to sleep
