we make music that is sonically inclined to pop/alternative sounds with hiphop influences. focused on portraying an image of authenticity with our lyrics. we write from personal experiences as well as fictional but every song of ours has a piece of our hearts in them making every single one different and true to ourselves. we are not afraid to experiment with different genres as we think music as an art form is not defined solely by the sound of it but the emotion it portrays

independently we’ve been writing songs for 3 years and as a duo we’ve been composing for around 2 years together
teo: i’ve really been singing my whole life as i was surrounded by music from a very young age, i never received any vocal training until my first summer at berklee college of music where i met jay
jay verse: i started writing in the eight grade when i was introduced to poetry
i felt an instant connection with it as it allowed me to express myself in ways i had never done before
as time progressed i started combining my lyrical ability from poetry and the rythms i was hearing in rap music to develop my sound
then, i started getting into acoustic story telling songs that just opened the doors to endless posibilities musically
