the boy and dude 2 look at each other
they hear sirens
an african american, police officer with a pistol raised breaks through the door
he mistakes dude 2 for a fellow drug dealer and sees the pistol in his hand
dude 2 shouts a panicked “noooooo!”
the police officer non-hesitantly aims his pistol at dude 2 and pulls the trigger
the boy is petrified
he springs up. in a panic he picks up dude 2’s gun that lays next to his limp body and raises it towards the officer
bang
blood sprays onto the boy’s face
everything is silent
the officer falls to his knees and moves his hands to his wound. he stares at the boy and falls lifelessly to the ground
he soaks in a pool of his own blood
the boy’s face goes blue-face-scared-emoji and he stands there with the gun in his hand staring at the two bodies
he looks down at the officer and read’s his name tag:
“j. roscoe”
officer roscoe’s suit is wet in his puddle of blood
the boy freezes
roscoe’s wetsuit was simply a running joke of the boy’s death. just one big troll. it was always going to end this way. always just a meaningless joke to whatever greater power controlled it. inevitable
the boy stares at the name tag in silence
“freeze”
the next officer charges through the open doorway with her pistol raised
the boy is still. its all hysterical to him. he closes his eyes and starts chuckling
the female officer looks down at roscoe’s cold body terrified
she focuses the shaking pistol in her hand at the boy
