so i cooked up this beat after doing worksheets
now let’s dive into the meat, and i’ll
share what i found
circulatory~digestive
two systems with mad connections
we’ll start off with bl~~dy inspection
of the arterial flow direction
the stomach is supplied oxygenated blood
from the inter workings of the the celiac trunk
the small (and) large intestines get o2 from other places
the abdominal aorta is it’s prime location
the liver gets its fill from the hepatic artery
and even more nutrients from the hepatic portal vein
finally, the pancreas gets blood too
and it comes from the splenic artery in you
this blood helps your stomach break down food
and it helps small and large absorb nutrients
your liver and ya pancreas benefit too
cuz the atp it makes makes yo body groove
your blood also helps you circulate
digestive hormones like cck
which helps you empty your pancrea
~s which neutralizes “stomach a” (acid)
without your blood, nutrients would go nowhere
your cells would be dead. it’d be such a nightmare
that’s why this connection is oh so impressive
now let’s move on to the next’n digestive urinar(y)
the (uri)’nary and digestive they working together
to get rid of your solid and liquid displeasures
without either one your body’d rendered
unhealthy. like high blood pressure
let’s talk about malabsorption sydrome
water (and nutrients) ain’t getting into your circy (circulatory) system
this can cause uncomfortable conditions
like development of kidney stone existence
when your kidneys ain’t lubed
from water going through your nephron tub(ule)s
molecules like uric acid, oxalate and calcium
will coagulate to form a pain~i~ful group
but what if the inverse occurs
kidney failure leaves you with a worse curse
water, urea, and other diverse
waste products stay in system; they ain’t dispersed
hormones that hunger suppress
just
stay in your body excess
this leaves your system depressed
cuz
you ain’t eating food; no digest
your body drops weight and it does so fast
but soon thereafter this weight will relapse
your body stores water that has not passed
in your tissue cells, then you’re really trashed
now let’s dive a bit deeper into urinary~cardio
how do you filter your blood? let me show yo(u) the process
it’s kinda complex
but i’ll try to express it’s effects
for this oral flex
blood hops a ride on the renal artery
then hits glomerulus: filtered primarily
by size of the compounds, so water pass through
and so does urea, that’s pretty coo
the loop of henle membrane has protein pumps
that give back the good and suck up the junk
the loop then goes to collecting duct
then to (urinary) bladder and urethra before it erupts

this process helps me maintain homeostasis
regulates water in my blood
not too little, not too much
but what if my kidneys don’t filter?
the effects of urea in system is k!ller
abnormal profuse spontaneous bleeding
and pleural effusion will effect your hearts beating

going through and watching all these crash course videos
the respiratory and digestive systems
working together like an ecosystem
they go hand in hand, powering the body and aiding in its entire existence
(the) respiratory system brings o2 to the blood
going through the air sacs and hoping there’s not a dud
the oxygen is carried around and around and around, allowing the co2 to “leave town”
by the time the o2 reaches the cells
things can finally start to work just as well as the school bell
this lets the digestive system go to town
using contractions to move food around and around
systems working side by side
allowing the body to make big strides
this is just one~way these two re~late
now let’s move~on to the next section
respiratory and cardiovascular
working together to make blood move faster
carrying oxygen and blood around the body
the job of the system known as “circulatory”
these two systems supply a lot of nutrients
action all around, cooking with all the ingredients
both have the ability to give throughout the body
they’re also able to take away what’s dirty
(the) circulatory system helps carry away waste
co2, time to get out of the way
cause
in comes oxygen saving the day

the urinary system is used as a filter
voiding all the things that seem off~kilter
(the) respiratory system acts in a similar way
breathing out the co2 and saving the day
an example of these systems joining forces
is when the kidneys compensate for water losses
through the
respiratory tract, kidneys coming in clutch for that
~pause~ now that’s a fact
they also work together when it comes to blood
gotta make sure nothing turns into mud
they work together to maintain blood ph
making sure that 7.4 maintains center~stage
