very echoey and sp-cious, mysterious sort of, she says she won’t just lay down and die, she’ll rise up and transform
the beat comes in with a slow ascension in excitement
it’s not by mistake. “think again” she says
they thought she was just gonna give up
but she was like nah
keep the faith you know what i’m sayin’?
it reminds of the book of mastery by robert greene, all the chapters gave examples of several people that succeeded in their craft eventually, but it wasn’t because they were just that good at it
they were brought down, but they rose up again and again
it’s more reflective than anything, could be heard in a movie or something in a key moment where the protagonist needs to rise again and fight. obviously many other songs could be used in such a scene, but this one does the trick as well i think
