the boy sits down on a pool chair at the edge of the pool. he’s so tired. he stares at the water, reflecting on what he had been contemplating. had anything changed?
he hears familiar voices approaching the pool. the guys must not have entered through the front. their voices are calm. they didn’t see the bodies
they settle down behind the boy. the most they can see of him is the back of his head
