the door flies open. dude 2 has a pale white face with sweat dripping above his brow panting heavily. limping while running to the nearest place to rest. faint blood is caught on his right pant leg which begins to drip moderately. holding his right hamstring with one hand, dude 2 looks up trying to aim the gun in his other hand at the the doorway. his eyes widen
pop pop… pop. the last explosion being delayed
three heavy slugs were impaled into the chest of dude 2 as he slumps down
dude 1 runs to take cover behind the door as it swung towards them. the boy then stumbles toward dude 1 and knocks him off balance as they both fly into the door. the boy hits his head on the door frame and is dazed. from the boy’s point of view we see a pair of red and white pumas come around the door

marcus’ voice sounding broken from the boy in a daze

two more shots are fired from marcus’ gun into dude 1 laying behind the boy. dude 1 was probably already knocked out but marcus wasn’t sure and just thought to be safe

the boy gets up looking around to see the damage, rubbing the back of his head from the fall. walking outside to where he was staring at moments ago, in front of the pool staring down at his own reflection

the boy turns around and falls back into the pool. looking up to the baby blue sky being infused with bursts of pink and orange within strings of clouds. right after the immediate splash, a hollow gun shot is heard from around the house. marcus is probably gone. or he made someone leave this place along with the dudes staining the oak wood floors. pun intended. a faint shadow is seen coming from arius’ view underwater. arius, a name fit for a son to hold the highest leadership in a group of kin. although not born perfect, but raised with the wisdom from a village to uphold the sanct-ty of prospering. a hand is pointed at him followed by an orange flash and loud burst
