ammi faced a formidable battle with cancer, a battle she chose to keep private. she didn’t want anyone to know about her fight; instead, she desired to conquer it and share her story with friends, embodying her indomitable spirit and determination

my parents, ammi and thaththi, you guys know – they’re inseparable. their love story served as a profound example of what true partnership means, and i hope to one day experience that depth of love they shared. thaththi, hold your head up high, ammi knew exactly how much you did for her. not just the last few months but the last 34 years. you were an incredible husband and father. ammi never faltered you as a husband and always spoke highly of you and was eternally grateful. you need to know that

you looked after her like no other man i have ever witnessed and she loved you immensely for this. i too hope i can one day be the man and husband you are
