then our gwen, uh, she became a backup singer with the clark sisters

so uh, we were connected that way
and uhm, even uh, commission back then

uh, they sang on my first project that uh, thomas whitfield produced
that’s right

i remember
that was them in the background

so, it was the best
and that motivated everybody to be the best they could be
