so now you must have got an idea of what actually we are talking about. your weight lose program is not only about the diet you have to take, the calorie count and doing exercise on regular basis but there are many other aspects that affect your weight loss regimen. so if you were thinking that just by maintaining a healthy diet and regular exercise i will achieve my fitness goal then it is also possible that the moment you leave your fitness regimen you will put on weight again. this is the reason even the experts have not found out a way to keep people fit for a longer duration
some say that you can stay fit if you count your calorie intake every day and there are many amateur fitness enthusiasts who are following this approach blindly. but is it a new revolutionary approach that can change the entire fitness industry? well it is certainly not because there are many reasons behind it and the body works more differently than people think
the first point that counter strike the approach of calorie count badly is that is there anything that can exactly count the calorie unit of any food item. well there is no device or method developed till date that can exactly determine the calories count of a given food. basically what happens is that dieticians and nutritionists have estimated figures of calories of a particular food and this becomes their basis of calorie intake. but in reality the calorie count of a food depends on many things like whether it is cooked or semi cooked or is going to be eaten raw. so people who rely on the approach of 3500 calories consumption a day are not completely wrong but they are not completely right also
until and unless you don’t know how to count calories exactly you cannot prepare your weight loss program. people work on estimation because there is no pre-specified calorie count of a given food. beside the approximate calorie count approach the mantra to stay fit also vary a lot from individual to individual. there are some people who stay fit by following 3500 calorie per day regimen but there are many who don’t notice much improvement in their overall physique. well this happens because the metabolism of every human is different, the way his body digest food varies from others, type of traditional food he eats, vegetation of his geographic region etc etc. there are many factors that clearly says that calorie count may be a good way to reduce weight but it is not the ultimate method to lose weight
