they only gon say they relate to my pain, or what they went through while comparing it

we both use to go up to therapy to talk to a person we thought we would really prevail with
used to go into real detail with, this a person we vent and read all our mail with
next week in the morning, they came to our cell and he caught a new case from the sh~t he was telling
part of the reason i don’t believe therapy
i want someone to talk to, be needing some clarity
they always say it get greater more later, the pain only last a few momentarily
this was a n~gga i knew for a month, we was bidding together, we had similarities
both of us fighting a case with a gun, share the same pain, i’ma say what he telling me
he been tried to tell me it’s sh~t that he did in the past that they got under investigation
it was a murder, some sh~t that i heard about, so he just told me the real situation
him and his mans went to go see a b~tch with her friend, they was there by the building just waiting
10 minutes pass, 5 n~ggas come round the corner and back out the gun and start flaming
him and his mans got away, but they almost died so you know they was p~ssed
he said he ain’t know how the f~ck he alive to this day, they was so close but they missed
later that day, they got the drop on who came tryna k!ll em, so they went to spin
they went to they block, threw 20 shots, 10 shots each, someone yelling i’m hit
next morning, he get the call from his mans, he was like, bro please go check channel 5
news report said 2 suspects shot at a crowd of some people, one perosn had died
he looked to the ground and said d~mn, he on the run for the m and he started to cry
all of this sh~t tryna link with a b~tch, don’t think with your d~ck, he was yelling like why
months later, he go to jail, but, it’s not for the charges you thought
he was outside, boys hop out, he had his gun on him when he got caught
same gun that he used for the murder is the one that he had with him
you know that’s the one that they want
he thought he was good when he seen the judge, they ain’t say nothing about it in court
like, d~mn, all this sh~t shocked me, i told him he bugging and he moving sloppy
he was tryna make bail but his girl took along with the money, all of this sh~t getting rocky
he said his whole story in therapy, they paid the therapist to listen and watch him
like, like, cops really ran in our cell, last words that he told me like “d~mn bro, they got me”
