so enjoy just desserts left out in cold indifference
doing what’s been done a hundred times
you can see how that can be counterproductive, right?
the only thing that should remain is your pride
so please don’t leave it behind
with supply that long ago surpassed demand
surely by now this cycle is getting out of hand
you shouldn’t obsess over every review
just keep doing what you want to
if these imitations were served every day
you would get tired of the same old repeated taste
’cause sooner or later, this place too will be gone one day
so after you have eaten your fill
clasp your hands together so you’ll
know that what you ate was real
