as the colors fade
and all that’s left is painting in blue

have a normal life
people do it all the time
just pretend that they’re colorblind
so you keep it all inside
pretend everything is fine
why does it feel like i’ve become somebody i don’t know?
to be someone for everyone, now i stand here all alone
could i really think that i could change?
‘cause honestly speaking, who would i grow old with?
if it wasn’t for my family, who would i be left with?

but it’s never felt so wrong
‘cause i’ve been searching so far
that i’ve lost my way
