established in 2001 with one 30 bed aged care facility we hit the ground running with our direct approach to finding success. we have now built our aged care client base to over 20,000 residents in close to 200 facilities as well as involvement with 7 private hospitals and several pharmacies and pharmacy groups. to achieve this, we have to be doing something right!

he is an accredited clinical consultant pharmacist and brings thе knowledge, experience and innovative approaches to medication management
darius developed a benchmarked approach to quality use of medicine audits, which shows trends and comparisons over time and facilities. this informs medication advisory committees and drugs and therapeutics committees to best practice approaches to medication management
darius has 20 years of experience in provision of medication reviews, he oversees the quality and integrity of the process and ensures that our reviews are as practical as they are succinct
darius has a wife and two kids and he is a dog person

jemma has travelled all over the world and worked in australia and the uk before settling down in melbourne. otherwise known in the office as the networker, jemms’s charm and willingness to talk to anyone and everyone has been key to building our large local client base
jemma has extensive experience from acute clinical, oncology, theatre and emergency nursing to aged care management
jemma has one mini~me and is a cat person
kim groves

quality manager
kim has been a pharmacist for a while (not quite as long as darius), and has had extensive involvement with overseas aged care as well as local aged care facility management and quality systems
known in the office as the quality queen, kim has the experience and the knowledge to implement real change across multiple organisations
kim is yet to invest in children (investment or expense?) and is still sitting on the fence with the cats and dogs issue
