i’ve thought a lot about what the word “woke” actually means. and i think i have it mostly figured out. it’s less about accepting queer identities, and using people’s pr~nouns. that’s not “woke”. all that is is showing basic human respect to others around you. it’s not some sort of forced ideology no. being truly woke is realizing that the government is trying and sometimes succeeding, let’s be honest, it happens quite a lot, succeeding in forcing the left and the right against each other. forcing democrat and conservative parties against each other so we don’t focus on fighting the true enemy, our supreme court. that’s what being woke is. and the way they do this is showing the most extreme and radical people on both sides in the most mainstream media and i know for sure when you know, regular people see that, they’ll of course say they’re not like that, but they’ll also never be willing to understand anyone on either side either, so the government succeeds in that way. and they win so they can destroy the country more and more. this is what being woke is. it’s also realizing how screwed the system is and is created to oppress minorities. there’s also that as well
